Access Requirements #
To log in to the email control panel, you must first have access to the billing portal. Here’s what you need to know:
- Username: The email address you used during checkout.
- Password: The password you set during signup.
- Billing Portal link: https://dash.coldmailapi.com/client/login/
If you forgot your billing portal password, don’t worry! You can easily reset it using this password reset link.
Once logged into the billing portal, you’ll find access to the email control panel. From there, you can manage email users, domains, and other important settings.
